The position requires strong troubleshooting skills and collaboration with Site Supervisors and engineers.

Requirements

• Perform hardware break-fix repairs, including replacing drives, DIMMs, fans, and other components.
• Coordinate with hardware vendors for RMA, firmware updates, and resolving issues.
• Act as a point of escalation for Hardware Engineers and provide troubleshooting support.
• Troubleshoot advanced Linux OS issues across all server platforms.
• Develop and maintain internal documentation and training.
