Seeking an Engineer to troubleshoot and support Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365 applications, and networking concepts.
Requirements
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11)
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Familiarity with Active Directory for user and computer management
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Desk, ServiceNow, Freshservice)
- Familiarity with hardware components of desktops, laptops, and peripherals
