Pandora is seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to join their Digital Workplace team in Warsaw. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting identity and access management solutions, with a focus on SailPoint IdentityNow and Microsoft Entra ID. The engineer will help develop new enhancements to SailPoint ISC, improve LCS processes, and identify gaps in existing solutions, ultimately ensuring secure access for thousands of colleagues worldwide.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
3+ years of experience in IAM engineering.
Hands-on expertise in SailPoint ISC and Microsoft Entra ID.
Strong understanding of identity governance, access control, and Zero Trust principles.
Experience with ServiceNow, Active Directory, and HR systems (plus plus).
