Concentra is seeking an Engineer III, ServiceNow Lead to lead the design, development, implementation, administration, and maintenance of solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role requires technical expertise, analytical skills, and strong communication skills to translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Certification in Business Analysis (preferred)
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, or Application Developer (preferred)
- 5 years of experience in ServiceNow modules, business process analysis, and workflow automation
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Agile/Scrum methodologies experience
- SQL development and performance tuning skills
- Experience with JavaScript, Java, or C#
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task and adapt to changing business priorities
