Requirements

  • Own and maintain the product backlog — defining clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer value, effort, and alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions with cross-functional teams.
  • Evaluate product performance and user feedback to inform future enhancements.
  • Communicate product vision, progress, and key updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer — ensuring usability, accessibility, and satisfaction remain at the core of development.

Requirements Summary

3-5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in an agile environment, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
