Engineer Up

This Senior Power Platform Engineer role involves designing, developing, and implementing scalable, efficient, and user-friendly Power Platform solutions. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and focuses on delivering solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Co-Pilot Studio. This role also incorporates solution architecture, mentorship, and performance optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
• Expertise in building and customizing Power Apps
• Proficiency in creating complex workflows in Power Automate
• Hands-on experience with Co-Pilot Studio for AI-driven conversational agents
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and Azure services
• Familiarity with Power Platform governance and security
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
