Engineering Analyst, Tech Enablement & Workflow Solutions – LRTC

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Analyst to join our Engineering function. This role is instrumental in executing a multi-year technology roadmap and will blend the responsibilities of a business analyst and project manager.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a technology, business analysis, or project support role (experience within financial services or Compliance strongly preferred)
• Strong business analysis and project management capabilities; ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and competing priorities
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code workflow platforms (e.g., KissFlow, ServiceNow, Salesforce)
• Interest or experience in emerging technologies, including AI and data-driven applications for business operations
• Experience with platform governance, SDLC processes, and change management practices
• Strong critical thinking & interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with compliance officers, business users, and technology teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Prior experience working in or with global financial institutions preferred

Benefits

• Pay Range: $85,000 – $110,000
