We're looking for an Engineering Coordinator IV to support the Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) Engineering organization at Exact Sciences. The role provides administrative and technical support to ensure efficient operations across process, controls, and facilities engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Administrative Support: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence for the engineering team.
  • Documentation: Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, design reviews, and technical reports.
  • Technical Assistance: Support the engineering team in developing reports, data analysis, and troubleshooting anomalies.
  • Workflow Management: Design and support automated workflows to streamline engineering efforts.
  • Training: Work with training teams and the development team to align system documents.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication across functional areas, ensuring issues and solutions are effectively conveyed.
  • Project Coordination: Partner with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective dissemination of project communications.
  • Compliance: Ensure all documentation and processes meet regulatory requirements such as FDA, CLIA, and CAP.
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement changes to enhance the performance of laboratory equipment and workflows.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain detailed records and follow procedures to support regulatory compliance.
