Qualtrics is seeking a highly experienced Engineering Director to lead their IT Infrastructure and Operations team. This strategic role is crucial in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of their IT systems and services, serving over 18,000 clients. The ideal candidate will focus on modern infrastructure, automation, and user experience, and collaborate with leaders across the company to improve their IT experience.
Requirements
- Own, create, and execute a strategic vision for the IT infrastructure
- Lead the adoption and maturation of ITIL framework processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request)
- Focus on automation and eliminate manual solutions
- Collaborate with leaders and use data to improve efficiency
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements Summary
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or Master’s degree preferred. 10+ years experience in IT infrastructure and 5+ years as a leadership role. Experience with ITIL and modern infrastructure concepts are essential.
