Peraton is seeking a lead cloud engineer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be working 100% remote and will focus on cloud operations and engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 10 years of experience
- Five (5) years of experience preferred in cloud technologies including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or other public cloud services with an emphasis on AWS experience
- Experience in writing and deploying Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Cloud Formation, Terraform, CDK) to provision cloud infrastructure
- Two (2) years of experience preferred with Python or similar cloud scripting language.
- Experience with provisioning of cloud infrastructure resources and operational support of provisioned resources, as both an engineer and a team lead.
- Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, and similar toolsets for workflow management
- Experience with SolarWinds, Splunk, and similar tools for logging and monitoring
Benefits
- Target Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000
