Engineering Program Manager

PayPal is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to support technology efforts that will transform how PayPal operates and executes in the future. The role involves leading mission-critical programs, managing cross-functional dependencies, and driving business value delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years in program management
• Bachelors degree in a technical field
• Prior background in leading programs in application/system integrations and payments will be a plus
• Experience organizing multiple teams delivering on software/product development initiatives
• Agile lifecycle management experience preferred
• A track record of managing complex development programs to deliver technical solutions and achieve business results
• Ability to develop effective, matrixed, cross-organization relationships
• Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills
• Strong business acumen and technical background
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational and analytical skills with the ability to move quickly from insight to action
• Collaboration skills, self-starter, and self-sufficient individual
• Experience with tools like JIRA/ServiceNow, Confluence, Tableau, Power BI, MS Office, Smartsheets/Clarizen, Collaboration tools (Slack, Skype, Teams etc.)
