Engineering Program Manager, Data Center Efficiency

Apple is seeking a highly organized Program Manager to drive infrastructure efficiency through server decommissioning and risk mitigation. This role involves coordinating decommissioning programs, managing infrastructure risks, and ensuring compliance with security standards and sustainability goals. The manager will partner with engineering, operations, security, and finance teams to optimize hardware lifecycle and deliver strategic updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in data center or infrastructure environments.
• Solid understanding of server hardware lifecycle management and infrastructure operational risk.
• Tried experience leading technical projects with cross-functional teams in a multifaceted, high-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize.
• Proficiency in project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Asana) and data reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
