The Enterprise Applications Manager will lead a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators, oversee the architecture and performance of the ServiceNow platform, and ensure compliance with enterprise IT standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture and support, including 5+ years managing technical teams.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and HAM/SAM modules.
- Demonstrated success managing platform upgrades, customizations, and integrations with third-party systems.
- Proven experience implementing development best practices, governance, and agile workflows within ServiceNow.
- Solid background in enterprise application integration, performance tuning, and security best practices.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments (preferred).
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion in a complex environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
