Enterprise Architect Lead

BRMi is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Architect Lead to drive USDA’s enterprise architecture, IT governance, and modernization initiatives. This role will shape USDA's future-state architecture, integrate EA with CPIC, TBM, FITARA, and cybersecurity, and enable mission-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will be a strategist, hands-on architect, and a trusted advisor to USDA leadership.

Requirements

• Lead the design, development, and execution of USDA’s enterprise architecture program.
• Oversee architecture artifacts across business, data, application, and technology domains.
• Manage demand intake and evaluation through ServiceNow Demand and Portfolio modules.
• Conduct current- and target-state assessments, gap analyses, and solution evaluations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to USDA OCIO leadership.
