We are seeking an Enterprise Architecture Advisor-ITSM to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The successful candidate will have 10+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in managing endpoint tools and ITSM experience.
Requirements
- Must have 10+ years of IT experience
- 3+ years in managing endpoint tools – Nexthink/ 1E Tachyon/ SysTrack
- Nexthink/ 1E Tachyon/ SysTrack Platform Foundation & Administrator certificates
- ITIL foundation certifications
- Project Management tools – JIRA, Azure DevOps
- Experience of working on ITSM - ServiceNow, Remedy
- Possesses knowledge of Microsoft Applications like MS Visio, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable educational institution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Vendor management
