We are looking for a certified Enterprise Process Change Management Lead to manage and mature the change control lifecycle across our cybersecurity delivery portfolio. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in change management and a strong understanding of how changes impact risk posture, program deadlines, and delivery metrics.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in change management with direct exposure to building change management tooling, processes and ability to show meaningful impact.
- PROSCI (or equivalent) certification highly preferred
- Proven experience in implementing change frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and process governance
- Demonstrated ability to quickly assess, design, and execute change control processes in complex environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including PowerPoint and executive communication
- Proficiency with tools like SharePoint, Excel, JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar
