We are seeking an Enterprise Process Change Management Lead to manage and mature the change control lifecycle across our cybersecurity delivery portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience in regulated environments, cybersecurity programs, and change management tooling, processes, and governance.
Requirements
- Experience in regulated environments or cybersecurity programs
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in change management with direct exposure to building change management tooling, processes and ability to show meaningful impact.
- PROSCI (or equivalent) certification highly preferred
- Proven experience in implementing change frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and process governance
- Strong understanding of how changes impact risk posture, program deadlines, and delivery metrics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including PowerPoint and executive communication
- Proficiency with tools like SharePoint, Excel, JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar
- Self-directed, accountable, and operates with urgency — owns their work and drives it to completion
