The U.S. Army Research Laboratory (ARL) is seeking an Enterprise Service Desk Technician to handle Tier 2 service desk calls, assist with troubleshooting, and manage documentation. The role involves a hybrid schedule with 3 days on-site and 2 remote days. ARL is the Army’s corporate laboratory, focused on discovering, innovating, and transitioning research to provide the best technologies for Soldiers.

Requirements

  • Security+ (required) or CASP CE certificate
  • Computing Environment Cert (preferred)
  • 2 years+ experience working in a Windows environment
  • Secret clearance
  • Strong customer service both verbal and written to a wide range of end-users
  • Strong troubleshooting skills from basic cable connections and software fixes.
  • PC hardware, printers, scanners, computer peripherals, Mobile devices (iOS)
  • Windows 10, Office 365
  • Active Directory maintenance
  • Obtain Microsoft certification within 6 months
  • ServiceNow/Other Ticketing System experience

Requirements Summary
