The Service Management Systems Analyst will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform. This role will serve as the primary systems analyst for the platform, collaborating with business units to gather requirements, design workflows, and support enterprise-wide service delivery. The analyst will also monitor industry trends, support change management, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or similar
- Experience implementing or managing enterprise service management platforms
- Strong business analysis skills
- Experience leading cross-functional projects
- Organizational change management experience preferred
