Tietoevry Tech Services is seeking an Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Consultant to lead the transformation of IT and business service management for customers, driving innovation, automation, and measurable value.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Service Management, Enterprise Service Management, or SIAM consulting.
- Proficiency in one of the Scandinavian languages: Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish (working with foreign customers and colleagues)
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Asset & Config, Knowledge, SLM, etc.).
- Strong expertise in Service Integration & Management (SIAM) principles and delivery models.
- Proven experience with ESM/ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Freshdesk, BMC Remedy, or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of automation and AI integration within service management processes.
