We are seeking a skilled and experienced Enterprise Tools Engineer to join our infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining network and application monitoring, enhancing visibility across complex architectures, and supporting proactive issue detection.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in integrating and managing enterprise tools and systems, with proficiency in tools such as Infoblox, ScienceLogic, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, LiveAction, and ServiceNow.
  • Strong expertise in building data workflows, APIs, and connectors to enable seamless integration between enterprise tools.
  • Familiarity with network, system, and application monitoring and management concepts, including SNMP, WMI, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages, such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash, for automation and customization of enterprise tool integration workflows.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes, such as incident management, problem management, and change management, and how they relate to enterprise tools integration.
  • Familiarity with security principles and best practices in enterprise tools integration, including access controls, data privacy, and vulnerability management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve integration issues effectively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment, meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
