Sev1Tech is seeking a skilled Enterprise Tools Integration Engineer to join their infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will maintain network and application monitoring, enhance visibility across complex architectures, and support proactive issue detection using tools like Forward Networks, ThousandEyes, Infoblox, ScienceLogic, AppDynamics, LiveAction, and ServiceNow. This role ensures the seamless functioning and effective utilization of enterprise tools to improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making for a federal customer.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science, information systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience integrating and managing enterprise tools and systems
- Proficiency in tools like Infoblox, ScienceLogic, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, LiveAction, and ServiceNow
- Strong expertise in building data workflows, APIs, and connectors
- Familiarity with network, system, and application monitoring and management concepts
- Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- Understanding of ITIL processes
- Familiarity with security principles in enterprise tools integration
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
