We are seeking a skilled Epic Ambulatory Analyst with a strong background in EpicCare Ambulatory build, implementation, and support. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical skills and clinical workflow understanding, and a proactive approach with strong customer service skills. The role involves building, configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting Epic applications within the Epic Community Connect environment.
Requirements
- Build, configure, and maintain EpicCare Ambulatory within the Epic Community Connect environment.
- Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to support the implementation and optimization of Epic applications.
- Develop and support reports, dashboards, and SlicerDicer tools to meet clinical and operational needs.
- Assess and manage user security roles and permissions based on clinical workflows.
- Utilize ServiceNow for issue tracking, incident management, and change control.
Requirements Summary
2+ years Epic Community Connect/ Ambulatory experience. Knowledge of Reporting, SlicerDicer. Experience with ServiceNow
