Epic Ambulatory Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Epic Community Connect Analyst with a strong background in EpicCare Ambulatory build, implementation, and support. This role involves building, configuring, and maintaining Epic applications, collaborating with clinical and IT teams, developing reports and dashboards, managing user security, and providing user support. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical skills and clinical workflow understanding and a proactive approach.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Epic Community Connect – EpicCare Ambulatory build experience
• 2+ years of Epic implementation and support experience
• Knowledge of Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, Dashboards
• Understanding of security assessment and end-user role design
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Strong customer service skills
• Independent problem-solving abilities
