With ServiceNow as a core platform, Calderys is seeking an ERP Business Analyst to contribute to continuous system improvement, root cause analysis, and solution implementation. The role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, developing improvements, and ensuring alignment with business goals through Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM & ERP expertise. The position involves stakeholder collaboration, training, and project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM & ERP systems and processes.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to coordinate mid-size, multi-department projects with management oversight.
- 4-6 years of experience in a functional role within a manufacturing company.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project-oriented operations focused on process redesign and/or business system support.
- Ability to work primarily during normal Eastern Standard Time business hours.
