The 5th largest private bank in Brazil is seeking an HR Tech Systems Development Specialist. This role involves leading the conception, development, and sustainability of technology solutions to optimize HR processes and employee experience, working within an agile and collaborative environment with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
Requirements
- Proven experience in self-service projects for HR
- Mastery of ServiceNow App Engine, including workflow creation, forms, integrations, and automations
- Knowledge in HR processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- ServiceNow certifications (App Engine, HRSD)
- Experience with other HCM platforms (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Apdata, TOTVS)
- Experience in Employee Experience projects
