This role is for a ServiceNow Associate Consultant to join a high-performing implementation team focused solely on ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects. The candidate will collaborate with the team, participate in Scrum ceremonies, and develop ServiceNow solutions and configurations. Strong scripting, communication, and collaboration skills are essential.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects (not enhancements/managed services)
- 2+ years hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience
- Knowledge of ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, and ITIL
- Strong scripting and technical skills
- Agile Scrum methodology knowledge
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Eagerness to learn and innovate
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to contribute to team goals
