The ServiceNow GDN Associate Consultant will develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the IT department's and beyond’s business needs. They will also be responsible for ITSM, GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM, and general system administration and integration. Good design knowledge is highly valued and research new solutions based on requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of implementation/customization experience on ServiceNow
- Knowledge of web-based development languages (JavaScript, Ajax)
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
- Knowledge of ITSM Framework and ITIL
- ITIL/ServiceNow certifications will be an added advantage
Requirements Summary
2+ years ServiceNow experience, web development knowledge (JavaScript/Ajax), excellent multitasking & time management skills, and ITIL/ServiceNow certifications are beneficial
