Requirements
- Performance in a dynamically changing environment
- 2+ years of implementation/customization experience on ServiceNow
- Experience with ServiceNow integration protocols
- Good design knowledge
- Ability to multitask
- Effective time management skills
- Knowledge of web based development languages (JavaScript, Ajax)
- Exposure of ITSM Framework and ITIL
- ITIL/ServiceNow certifications are a plus
- Excellent Communication Skills
