Requirements
- Prior ServiceNow implementation projects only (not enhanced/managed services).
- 2+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation projects.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, etc.).
- Understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management concepts.
- Strong scripting and technical skills in ServiceNow platform customization.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
