Executive

The ServiceNow Associate Consultant role is within a high-performing ServiceNow implementation team focused solely on implementation and transformation projects. The position requires a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation, with working knowledge of key modules and ITIL principles. The consultant will collaborate with the team, develop solutions, and deliver user stories in sprint cycles.

Requirements

• Prior ServiceNow implementation project experience (not managed services)
• 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience
• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps)
• Understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management
• Strong scripting and technical skills in ServiceNow
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Eagerness to learn and innovate
