We are seeking an Executive with prior experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects to join our high-performing ServiceNow implementation team.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation projects
- Working knowledge of one or more ServiceNow modules/applications
- Understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management concepts
- Strong scripting and technical skills in ServiceNow platform customization
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology and ability to deliver in sprint cycles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
