Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android Operating Systems
- Thorough understanding of collaboration tools and platforms, with an emphasis on Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft O365 suite of applications, including cloud-based and mobile versions
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow
- Home networking and wireless troubleshooting and configuration
- General knowledge of Audio/Video and clear understanding of how it is used in a meeting environment
