This challenging and meaningful role requires technical expertise, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. As a member of the Executive Service Team, you will provide 24/7 IT services to senior leaders, including technical support, guidance, and mentoring. You will also be responsible for managing and coordinating the update of executive technology, ensuring consistency, security, and resiliency.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android Operating Systems
  • Thorough understanding of collaboration tools and platforms, with an emphasis on Microsoft Teams
  • Microsoft O365 suite of applications, including cloud-based and mobile versions
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow
  • Home networking and wireless troubleshooting and configuration
  • General knowledge of Audio/Video and clear understanding of how it is used in a meeting environment

Requirements Summary

5+ years of customer service and client-facing technology support experience. Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or High School Diploma with 8 years equivalent experience and/or technical certifications
