This Executive-KDNI Consultant role focuses on ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects within a high-performing team. Candidates should possess a strong ServiceNow implementation background, including experience with various modules and ITIL framework. They will collaborate with the team to deploy and configure ServiceNow applications, develop custom solutions, and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation projects (excluding managed services and minor enhancements)
- Knowledge of one or more ServiceNow modules/applications (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps)
- Understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management concepts
- Strong scripting and technical skills in ServiceNow platform customization
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
