Requirements

  • Good written and verbal communication in English
  • Handling international customer calls with US accents
  • 1-2+ years experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, SolarWinds, etc)
  • Basic Business Etiquette
  • Understanding of Incident Management processes in a large enterprise
  • Relevant experience in FCR, MTTR, CSAT on Helpdesk calls
  • Customer-centric approach
  • 2-5 years of experience
