Principal Platform Architect- Public Sector

This role is for a Principal Platform Architect within the Customer Outcomes team, focused on leading customers through their digital transformation journey. Architects will define technical foundations for the ServiceNow platform, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide guidance on the technical architecture to drive long-term value. The role emphasizes advisory support and expertise in ServiceNow's platform.

Requirements

• 12+ years progressive experience in a professional services organization or equivalent
• Canadian citizenship or permanent residency
• Management consulting experience
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Strong ServiceNow Platform experience
• Experience integrating AI into work processes (preferred)
• Strong cloud application technology experience (preferred)
