Deloitte is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Advisor and Solution Architect to join its A-team of advisors. The role involves working with clients to drive digital transformation initiatives, identifying strategic business opportunities, and leading the design and implementation of innovative ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise service management and strong leadership skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow or other digitalization platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience leading end-to-end transformation projects.
- Experience with IT Project Management and project management oversight.
- Demonstrated consulting experience or prior experience as a Platform Owner.
- Familiarity with process frameworks like Lean, TBM, ITIL or other methodologies.
