Devoteam is a leading consulting firm focused on digital transformation. We help our clients leverage technology to achieve their business goals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and CMDB/CSDM and ITOM processes within the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge and understanding of IT environments (onPrem + Cloud-based);
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in CMDB, Discovery and Service Mapping is highly preferred;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and implementing ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM solutions in enterprise environments;
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles, ITSM processes, and IT operations;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Proven team player;
  • Fluent in Dutch or French and a good level of English.
