Requirements
- Act as a reference for the Tierce Maintenance Applicative with a possible expansion of the perimeter to Build projects on ServiceNow.
- Define target organizations including France, Nearshore, and Offshore components.
- Build cost models (costing) and ensure the forecast profitability of multi-year contracts.
- Develop transition plans, knowledge transfer, and reversibility plans.
- Write technical and financial proposals and defend the offer during oral presentations.
