Hitachi Energy Transformers is looking for a Weekend IT/OT Support Specialist to join their Reynosa, Mexico team. The ideal candidate will have formal education or apprenticeship in IT, 5+ years of professional IT support experience, and fluency in Spanish and English.
Requirements
- Formal education or apprenticeship in IT from an accredited institution
- Minimum 5 years of professional IT support experience
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Self-driven with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Experience with ServiceNow, MS Office 365, Windows, iOS, Production equipment communications and asset management tools
- ITIL 4 and Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
