We are seeking a Fidessa Support Analyst with solid experience in listed options trading environments. The role involves daily interaction with traders and sales, ensuring the reliability of front office systems and rapid issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in a trading floor support role, ideally with listed options
- Deep understanding of Fidessa OMS/EMS and its application to options workflows
- Familiarity with US options market structure, exchanges (CBOE, ISE, etc.), and routing logic
- Solid SQL skills and comfort with UNIX/Linux environments
- Strong communication and incident management skills
- Experience with regulatory reporting (CAT, OATS)
- Knowledge of network and FIX protocol troubleshooting
- Background in scripting (e.g., Python, Shell)
- ITIL certification or familiarity with ITSM tools (Jira, ServiceNow)
