Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in electronics, industrial computing, networks, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience as a technical manager or customer support manager.
- Skills in defining services, managing SLAs, tracking, and updating maintenance contracts.
- Good understanding of access control environments, IP networks, supervision, or automation.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow (or equivalent CRM / ticketing tool).
- Good level of English.
- Management and relational skills, including de-escalating conflict situations.
