Field Service Technician role involves installation of C5IM systems/sub-systems, technical services, integration of Audio/Visual equipment, and cable installation in support of Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) services and/or logistics services. The job requires a current DoD Secret security clearance and travel may be required.

Requirements

  • Must hold an active secret level clearance
  • High School Graduate +7 years’ experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
