You will provide hands-on technical support for computer hardware, software, printers, AV systems, and peripheral devices across diverse client environments and within the Minneapolis office.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience supporting Windows-based endpoint devices
- Experience with Windows 11 installation, configuration, and upgrades
- Multi-monitor, docking station, and AV setup experience
- Printer setup and troubleshooting
- Experience with ticketing platforms (Zendesk, ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
