Field Tech Senior Specialist

NTT DATA is seeking a Field Tech Senior Specialist to support a new client in Bucharest, Romania, monitoring 300 devices. The role involves on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination with clients. This is a client-facing position with strong communication and leadership skills.

Requirements

• 2 years’ experience supporting end-users with desktops, laptops, and printers
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure
• Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Advanced English skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work fully on-site
