The Department of Social Services (DSS) is seeking a highly experienced IT Project Specialist to function as a FileNet P8 Imaging Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise-scale FileNet solutions, infrastructure administration, and cloud-based modernization initiatives.
Requirements
- Overseeing and managing FileNet Imaging Service, P8, WebSphere, and Content Manager in UNIX/Linux (AIX, Solaris, Linux) environments.
- Leading daily FileNet and P8 application administration, responding to user requests through ServiceNow and coordinating issue resolution.
- Monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing the performance of large-scale enterprise IMAGING applications across hybrid on-premises and cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
