Financial Reporting Manager

ServiceNow is looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to be responsible for international financial reporting activities, including preparation of statutory financial statements and audits. The role requires experience in financial reporting, statutory audits, and accounting standards.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant - with an experience of 5-8 years post qualification working in a similar environment with a proven track record in financial reporting and or statutory audits.
• Experience in Big 4 public accounting firm and/or Multinational Corporations (MNC’s) preferred.
• Experience in India statutory and tax audit, strong knowledge of Companies Act and India IFC/SOX and preparation of financial statements.
