Requirements
- Engineering degree (Bac +5)
- Experience in IT service management and service delivery
- Mastering ETL (Talend), API Management (Azure), and EDI
- ITIL v3/v4 knowledge and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Fluent English
