We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Trainer to develop a strategic training plan, design course plans, conduct training sessions, and ensure pedagogical monitoring. The trainer will play a leadership role in defining the global training plan and will contribute to ensuring the coherence, quality, and impact of all training actions related to ServiceNow.
Requirements
- Professional experience
- Having designed at least three distinct course plans related to ServiceNow products
- Having delivered two ServiceNow training sessions to end users or administrators
- Excellent mastery of ITSM best practices (incident, request, change management, etc.) via ServiceNow
- Mastery of ServiceNow (user interface, ITSM modules, workflows, service catalog)
- Pedagogical design skills (andragogical approach, user journey, active pedagogy)
- Ease in animating groups (physical, virtual, or hybrid)
- Ability to popularize technical content for varied audiences
- Good understanding of change management in IT projects
