ServiceNow is seeking a Forward Deployed Solution Architect to partner with customers to build intelligent, scalable AI solutions that solve mission-critical challenges. The successful candidate will have experience with AI/ML architecture, field engineering, or solution consulting, and a strong grasp of LLM-based systems and GenAI pipelines.
Requirements
- 15+ years of overall experience
- 5-7+ years in enterprise AI/ML architecture, field engineering, or solution consulting
- Strong grasp of LLM-based systems and GenAI pipelines
- Cloud & Infrastructure Fluency: Deep hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Engineering Depth: Proficient in Python and SQL
- Customer & Delivery Leadership: Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-stakes environments
- Field Readiness: Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%
